IELTS-Test Format
Listening: The IELTS Listening test consists of four sections, each with ten questions. The test takes approximately 30 minutes, including the time allowed for transferring your answers to the answer sheet.
Speaking: The IELTS Speaking test is a face-to-face interview with a certified examiner. The test lasts for around 11 to 14 minutes, and is divided into three parts.
Reading: The IELTS Reading test is designed to assess a candidate’s ability to understand and extract information from a variety of texts. The test consists of 40 questions, and candidates are given 60 minutes to complete it.
Writing: The IELTS Writing test consists of two tasks, and candidates are given 60 minutes in total to complete both tasks.
